Black Friday Terms & Conditions
General:
Black Friday Sales from Ethika NZ will adhere to the following conditions outlined by Ethika NZ.
Black Friday sale will run from 24th November 8pm - 2nd December 11pm. Sale prices are as marked, and no further discount is required during the sale period.
Ethika NZ will not honour the Black Friday pricing on orders placed before, or after the outlined sale period. Black Friday discounts are strictly valid on new orders placed between the specified times above.
Offers included in the Black Friday sale are displayed in the "Sale" Collection. Items not within this collection are excluded.
Discount offered is off the products original RRP
Items purchased excluding mystery, can be returned or exchanged if inline with our existing Returns & Exchanges policies.
Modification and cancellation of orders:
Due to the fast-paced nature of Black Friday, Ethika NZ will not modify orders once placed. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly before placing it.
Ethika NZ reserves the right to withhold the original card payment fee (3%) on cancelled orders. You will be notified, at the time of refund transaction, if this has been applied.
Delivery Addresses:
Ethika NZ cannot be held liable for any packages missing, or incomplete from incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please check your address is correct before checking out.
Delivery Times:
Due to a high volume of orders placed, and delivery network strains, Ethika NZ will not be responsible for any orders received after the proposed delivery times. By agreeing to your order with Ethika NZ, you understand that delivery estimates are purely estimates, and relevant to a courier system running at full capacity, without delays.
Mystery Items:
Mystery items are identifiable by the MYSTERY in the products title. All Mystery items are considered final sale, and not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Mystery items include a description warning stating that these items are final sale, so choose items and sizes carefully.
Ethika NZ will not accept any requests on fabrics etc.
Under no circumstances will Ethika NZ allow for swaps or exchanges at the time of sale.
By ordering a mystery item, you understand that double-ups will occur, and that Ethika NZ is not responsible for items not wanted when purchased through mystery.
Ethika NZ reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, without notice.
Cyber Monday:
Orders that did not follow the Add Socks to Cart method will not be fixed at Ethika NZ's discretion.
Free items received during Black Friday are not eligible for return, exchange, swaps of any kind.
Incorrect Stock:
Ethika NZ reserves the right to cancel items on an order that are incorrect stock, without notice at any time. Should an item on your order be out of stock, you will be processed a partial refund (of that item) and your order will be shipped without communication to exchange products.
Shipping Times:
Due to the high volume of orders, our dispatch facility will ensure your package is sent as quickly as possible, however we are unable to ensure same-day dispatch during this sale period.
Ethika NZ will not accept any slander, or cancellation requests due to high volume.
